From Strategy to Reality:
Winning the Hearts and Minds of Consumers

Organizations need to adapt to thrive in new cultural, economic and environmental landscapes. Superior organizations that win with the hearts and minds of consumers have unique senses and systems that evolve with these changing landscapes. The Design Eco-system examines and unites singular elements such as design thinking and relationship management to bring strategy to reality. Whirlpool Corporation is evolving its eco-system on these principles to inspire, build, motivate and deliver as the No. 1 appliance manufacturer globally.
