As a co-founder and director of Engine, Oliver has helped to build one of the UK's most successful service design consultancies.
Trained as a product designer before founding Engine in 2000, Oliver helps organizations to identify where, when and how they can provide better, more meaningful and valuable services. In practical terms he helps his clients to deliver differentiated and sustainable service propositions by innovating the things their customers experience along with the systems and process that govern them.
