Alumni and partner discounts
Discounted registration is available to Institute of Design alumni, members in good standing of AIGA and our other collaborating organizations, and specially invited guests. ID alumni should use the code "ALUM"; AIGA members, please use "AIGA"; others should use the code you received via e-mail. If you are not sure of the right code, please contact us.

Group discounts
Group rates are available for three or more attendees from the same organization. Please see the conference sponsorship menu (pdf) for more information. Note that group rates and the alumni and partner discount may not be combined.

Instructions
Registration for the conference is a two-step process. First, please fill out and submit the form below for our conference records (required fields are marked with a *). Second, you will be directed to IIT's secure on-line payment site, where you can pay by major credit card. If you would rather register by mail or fax, please submit the form below, and then contact us.

Your registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment must be received in full within ten (10) business days of the completion of this form, or your registration will be cancelled. We will send you one payment reminder via e-mail before cancelling your registration. You may re-register a cancelled attendee by resubmitting this form and completing payment, but note that your re-registration may be subject to a higher price per to the deadlines above.

NOTE: Registration is limited to 300 participants. Registrations received after May 21, 2008 will be accepted only at the discretion of the Institute of Design. Fees cover attendance, materials, coffee breaks and a cocktail reception. The Institute of Design reserves the right to alter the conference program without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who notify the Institute of Design of their cancellation in writing prior to April 1, 2008 will receive a 50% refund of their fee; cancellations after April 1 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee, unless the Institute of Design cancels the conference. Free substitutions of another person will be allowed until the start of the conference.
