Experience Design: The UPS Store
Many projects are all about designing a completely new offering, and others are simply about incrementally improving an existing product or service. This project takes the latter approach. Our team worked under the direction of Mark Jones (Experience Design Lead, IDEO) and Denis Weil (VP Innovation and Concept Development, McDonald’s Corporation) to produce an enhanced customer experience for the UPS store.
This projected ended climactically with a 20-minute presentation that made a compelling case for an enhanced UPS store customer experience. Mark Jones responded by saying, “I believe it. This service would really work!”
